It's important to note that our self-drive boats are limited to a maximum of 2 people per boat. The driver must be at least 18 years old, and a comfortable beachwear dress code is recommended. Children above 6 years old can join as passengers, and walk-in bookings are accepted based on availability.
For safety reasons, pregnant women and small children are not permitted on the self-drive boats. During the safety briefing, an inflatable safety vest will be provided to all guests. Please ensure you carry an original identification card (Passport, Emirates ID, or Driver's license), and signing the mandatory Terms & Conditions agreement form is required.
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly request that guests arrive 15 minutes before the tour time. Our guides have time restrictions and are unable to wait for late arrivals. Unfortunately, failure to arrive on time will result in missing the tour, and refunds cannot be processed.
Please be aware that tour schedules may be subject to rescheduling, and the tour route might be altered due to unfavorable weather conditions. We strive to provide the best possible experience while prioritizing the safety and enjoyment of our guests.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour will incur a 100% charge if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup.
